The Gender Pay Report for Synectics has been produced in response to the UK Government's new requirement for employers with over 250 employees to analyse and report on any gaps in pay or reward between genders. This year's report illustrates the position for Synectics Solutions as of March 2018 for the entire company.
The results of our analysis show that there was a small gender pay gap within the company; 17% overall. While no gap can be considered positive, in comparison with our industry sector, this compares favourably (as overall the 'technology' sector in the UK has a 25% gender pay gap) and hopefully reflects the efforts we have made to eradicate gender pay differences where possible.
