Synectics management team are reviewing the situation around COVID-19 on a daily basis to ensure working practices adapt to the needs of the crisis as it evolves. Given the current situation, we will be escalating our response to the crisis in line with the latest government advice and our own business continuity protocols.
We have performed a full stress test of the company’s remote working infrastructure to ensure that we can enable all business critical staff to work from home. Therefore as of Tuesday 17th March, and in line with current government recommendations, where possible our staff have now moved to a remote/home working pattern, and will continue to do so until such time as the government indicates that it’s safe to revert to office based work.
Further actions we have put in place to ensure the wellbeing of staff, clients and suppliers includes;
- Educating colleagues about coronavirus and practices to reduce infection
- Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding modifications to meetings or gatherings
- Compliance with government public health recommendations and measures
While we obviously hope that strategies for effective containment of the virus are implemented quickly, Synectics are well placed to ensure client services continue uninterrupted should this situation continue for an extended period of time.
We will of course be providing further updates in the days ahead. However, if you have any specific concerns regarding our services and the impact of COVID-19 the please get in touch with myself or with your Client Success Manager.
