Synectics a leader in fraud intelligence and decisioning solutions joins BIBA to strengthen it's commitment to the insurance brokers industry.
Synectics is delighted to join the British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA), the UK's leading general insurance organisation as an associate member.
As an associate member Synectics will add value to BIBA's membership by sharing insights derived from the National SIRA database, the UK's largest syndicated cross-sector customer risk intelligence database.
Richard Daley, Business Development Manager of Synectics said, "We are thrilled to join with BIBA and extend our comprehensive fraud prevention solutions to their members. With insurance fraud becoming increasingly sophisticated, we are looking forward to demonstrate our commitment to protecting the insurance broking community and their customers."
Drawing upon over 30 years of experience in fraud prevention and data analytics, Synectics will support BIBA members with insights from National SIRA (which processes over 350 million screening requests annually) and a deep understanding of the insurance sector. This powerful tool along with their expertise will enable members to learn about where the market is heading, keep them abreast of emerging fraud trends and ultimately help streamline onboarding processes.
BIBA members will benefit from Synectics’ proven track record in helping organisations achieve reduction in fraud losses and influence significant improvements in operational efficiency.
This reinforces both organisations' commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in the insurance broking sector while maintaining the highest standards of fraud prevention and customer service.
